Medical and allergy review
The app can apply allergies, intolerances, dietary patterns, and medical considerations as planning constraints, but it does not replace individualized advice from a clinician, dietitian, or allergen specialist.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing ingredients, labels, cross-contamination risks, cooking safety, storage timelines, and nutrition details before shopping or cooking.
Accounts and shared links
You are responsible for activity on your account and for choosing when to create a read-only share link. Anyone with a shared plan link can view that plan.
