What we store

MealMaster AI stores your account email, dietary profile, fridge photo references, confirmed ingredient snapshots, generated meal plans, grocery lists, prep schedules, and saved recipe history so the app can reopen and improve your planning experience.

How AI services are used

When configured, uploaded food photos may be sent to OpenAI for ingredient extraction, and recipe ingredients may be enriched with USDA FoodData Central nutrition data. The app keeps editable confirmation steps in front of important AI outputs.

Sharing controls

Plans are private by default. A public read-only page is created only when you generate a share link. Anyone with that unguessable link can view the shared plan until you delete or replace it.

Your controls

You can update your dietary profile, export your account data as JSON, and delete your account from settings. Deleting an account removes linked profile and plan records from the application database.
